When visiting Pattaya sometimes it's hard to find a good, clean guest houses that are reasonable, especially if you are going to stay for a while. They all get beat very quick due to the volume of people they move through and seem not to get much maintenance work done. Some guests aren't the type that care about leaving the place as good as they found it either. Here are a couple places to consider.  Every so often as I travel around I find something I think is either a good value or something that reminds me why I like living in Thailand. The Thai Lanna culture is one of those things I appreciate. I also love the use of water landscapes and tropical plants. Living around these things makes me feel good and if I can have them around me without spending an arm and a leg that's a bonus.
