When visiting Pattaya sometimes it's hard to find a good, clean guest houses that are reasonable, especially if you are going to stay for a while. They all get beat very quick due to the volume of people they move through and seem not to get much maintenance work done. Some guests aren't the type that care about leaving the place as good as they found it either. Here are a couple places to consider.
